Partial Returns
To return or exchange a partial product, simply create a request and send the item back in its original packaging to the address: Yakuplu Mahallesi 134. Sokak No:4/a Beylikdüzü / ISTANBUL / TURKEY.
For partial returns or full returns, the shipping fee is non-refundable. Also, if the total amount of the returned product(s) is deducted from the total order amount and the remaining amount is below the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee will be deducted from the return amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Order Cancellation Refunds
Once the return process is completed and if the payment was made via credit card, your refund will be reported to the relevant bank within 3 business days. If the payment was made in installments or in full, the refund will be processed according to the bank's procedure. For other payment methods, the refund will be made to your account 3 business days after the cancellation process.

Product Exchange
You can exchange a product within 14 days at your own shipping cost. To request an exchange, please create a new request through the contact form. The product(s) to be exchanged must be returned via our agreed courier, following shipping conditions, and in its original packaging. Tailpetz Pet Products San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. is not responsible for the shipping fee if the product does not meet these requirements.
